Massage Insoles

These are legit. My ankle pain has basically disappeared.

Solid. Simple. Work exactly as advertised.

These are now a permanent part of my white flats.

I have pretty severe metatarsalgia and was not expecting much from a massage insole. These are not a cure but they take the edge off significantly. Wearing them in my tennis shoes during my commute and then keeping them in all day at work. The rolling massage feel on each step is something you have to experience — it sounds weird but it works.

Skeptical at first. Not anymore.

Okay so I was using Spenco and they'd flatten out in like 3 months. These have been in my shoes for a month and still feel exactly the same as when I opened the box. The nodes still press into my arch the same way. That's the real test with insoles and these are passing so far.

Trimmed them to fit my dress shoes — took about 2 minutes, very easy. After 1 week, tried them in my white beat-up sneakers too and they work in both. The massage nodes are firmer than I expected but in a good way. Arches feel supported without feeling like I'm walking on something weird.

I've had them in my brown slip-resistant shoes for 9 weeks. Also tested in my trail runners. Same result both times. The only thing I'd change is a slightly softer top layer but honestly after a few days you stop noticing. I'm recommending these to everyone in my department.

My orthopedist told me to get better insoles or face custom orthotics at $400+. Put these in my hiking boots, 14 hours on my feet, no tired feet. Saved myself a lot of money and my feet feel just as good. Might be placebo, might be real. I don't care. I feel better.
